So how few corporations now control the nation’s food supply? People have no value in US. Whereas Albertsons was labor friendly, Kroger is anti-union. This is bad on so many levels.How many new food deserts will this create for people?

2/3rds of all Kroger's owned stores, across the various brands, are United Food & Commercial Workers Union union shops. Hopefully more will follow.

I was in the Kroger union in the early 90's when I worked there.
