Maximum rate of oxygen consumption is linked to longevity and health-span, that's why I do it. Do it on my lunch break, only takes about 30 minutes. Then I get 15 minutes for sauna, a luxury at my new office. Strangely seem to be the only one using it at lunch time!? Anyone else doing Norwegian or sauna sessions?
