 There is no option in amethyst, you can use listr.lol to create people lists or nostree.me for link lists  

 Are these lists public? 

 You can choose in listr, in nostree all lists are public by the moment  

 You can use listr by @JeffG 

 We just don't make them in the app yet. :(

you can also copy lists of others for yourself. It might save you a lot of time.
