 Nope, unfortunately not.

A NIP 05 ID costs barely anything and doesn't really mean anything if you don't own / know the domain

 but it can stop all the spam.......only allowed verified.....easy to block a bad nip05 at the relay level

 Takes 2 seconds to buy 1000 domains not on the blacklist or abuse the free offerings on the "whitelist"
