Don't want too many cooks in the kitchen, but for investment capital, I think it'd be cool. I'd love to invest into something like that, instead of buying public miners stocks.  

 I think it’s a solo effort to get it setup and maintained 

But for a larger investment I would need some silent partners  

And only silent because we don’t really need to do much once it’s set up 

 History should tell you that there are no such things as silent partners. 
The best of friendships can barely handle a joint business venture. Go it alone.
