@a2f2137b The article mentions dumping raw sewage from the boats or boats that are abandoned, both of which I can understand, but then it says, “Surrey Mayor Brenda Locke said there are many spots on the river where boats can anchor legally.” So… which is it? Are they actually dumping raw sewage into the water, or is this only about the location where they’re moored?
