No, that’s the funny thing. With Stratum V2 we don’t need more than one pool in theory because every miner can create its own block template. The only thing the pool is doing with the full implementation is splitting up the block reward.

we need small more efficient hardware to mine. currently mining in most countries is not profitable due to inflated electricity costs.
