I’m not lol Just saying that if the startup rises millions of dollars close to the bottom of the bear market and upped them already 4x why wouldn’t you start hiring. And eventually we are going only up from here.
I just got turned down for yet another Bitcoin company. I'm glad I'm building my own business I guess.
I see all the panels and promotions of the so-called bitcoin HR companies, but in practice, there is basically zero interest in hiring anyone. I have a lot of plebs who are ready to leave their fiat jobs and getting denied everywhere ! Something is not adding up and cringe as fuck!
Yeah, it's definitely a bit sus. I'm glad these people didn't ghost me at least. 9 times out of 10, I never get any sort of response. Even if I get to the second interview, these people at least told me I didn't get the job, which I appreciated. It really sucks when you make it through a couple interviews and then you don't hear anything for three weeks + weeks. If I ever get to the point of being able to hire people, I swear to whatever God you want, I will never do that to somebody.
I created Bitcoin / IT consulting company month ago. Hopefully one day will be big enough to hire someone.
