CrowdStrike was the company that first alleged (admittedly without evidence) that Russia tried to interfere in the 2016 US election. CrowdStrike is a publicly traded American company whose largest owners are BlackRock, Vanguard and Morgan Stanley. One of the founders of the company is Dmitri Alperovitch who is also chairman of the board of the think tank Silverado Policy Accelerator. He is a member of the Homeland Security Advisory Council and a special adviser to the Pentagon.
