Jitsy has been corrupted??? 

Simplex messenger is the best alternative I know of now.  No Sim card , phone number, email or anything necessary.  

There is also keet by holepunch which may also be the best alternative to jitsy  

 Yeah I don't know, not sure I'm ready to self-host jitsi. Never tried SimpleX for video (but... why don't they sign their releases?)
