Do you mean the nostrband relay itself?

I'm not sure what it is but there is an increase in general jankiness atm, which is fine. Who cares lol but may explain this. And seeing different amounts of notifications on clients and stuff 

 yeah. It seems just fine over at nostr.watch though so idk. Always gives me a timeout when I try to submit a note.
