 @d8402a8b so at first I thought it was just a new boondoggle. But looking at this it appears to be a whole new level of management and administration that can be used to strong arm whatever outcome they want.

 @7afab20d @d8402a8b considering the potential size of this new industry, and assuming that a lot of the jobs would be 'designated' to ATSI (not 'preferred', more like mandated), there would not be enough ATSI people in the population to staff it
