Yes. The browser I use is Kiwi, a chromium based browser that supports extensions and WebRTC which is essentjal for the audio part.

If you use that it should also be suitable for Hive Talk and Nostr Nests in addition to Corny Chat. I use it with the NOS2X extension for the nostr integrations.
