 @d7651529 I've used it and contributed code to it but I prefer the one and only Mastodon web UI any day over it. I don't like to use a separate web app and it has some things I prefer doing my own way.

 @d7651529 In short:

1. If you are an admin you can enable it in two ways, either Custom CSS or with custom Mastodon instance
2. As user you need to use an instance that has it enabled OR you can use a browser extension that can enable custom styles
