To be fair some of that is debt that some Union agencies owe to other Union agencies But a bunch of the GDP is also government spending & the unfunded liabilities are basically debt that doesn't pay interest until later Net debt held by the public is probably 125%-130% of productive capacity Net liabilities are probably something like 600% of productive capacity
