 I don't think another leader in Germany would've substantially changed things. Details of the war might have been different but Germany still would've lost, and still would've suffered horrible treatment by the Allies post-war.

What needed to change was American leadership. But international jewry was busy assassinating populists like Huey Long to make sure that didn't happen. 
 I think that if Hitler had taken a more decentralised approach and positioned himself more as a general leader for White people he might have lost Germany but won the overall war. If the Nazi's had been a worldwide "terrorist" faction like the Taliban, instead of a local Nationalist group forced into being a global power they would have lasted through the war and ultimately overthrew the Jews in power.

That's basically what the Arab leaders did post war and despite the many problems the middle east has today, at least the people in those countries are gaining ground and aren't afraid to fight back.

Of course, to be fair to Hitler, it would have been pretty difficult to predict how things were gonna go during his time. He did his best with the information he had available and even doing that you can still fail miserably.
