I eat about 150 carbs a day. What is super low carb? Sub 100?

Going from 150 to 30 shouldn't be too bad, especially if you have already been avoiding veg oils & soy & grains (bread, corn syrup, etc) but don't be surprised or discouraged if there are withdrawal symptoms for the first week or two.
