Done some googling but I don’t see how setting up a home for Jews, means that the Jews are committing genocide. Also I can’t stress this enough, I know very little about this topic and I am asking to more understand this problem.
The definition of genocide under the Geneva convention includes displaying a population, not to mention murdering them and establishing an apartheid state.

The Balfour declaration was the first step in the colonisation of Palestine after WW1. This gradually led to expanded settlements, resistance from Palestinians, forced military rule of Israel and an Apartheid, second class citizen life for Palestinians.

If you look at the map since the establishment of Israel, their territory has grown to the majority of the land of Palestine through these gradually expanding, military enforced settlements resulting in decades of war crimes and contraventions of the United Nations and the Geneva convention. If Russia were to do in Ukraine or China to Taiwan what Israel is doing to Palestinians, everyone would be in your face about it.

Many will disagree with this perspective, and I invite them to join in intelligent conversation.
 Displacing*
do a little more digging and you will find Balfour was an Englishman.
Jews had a home. It was Europe. The English made them leave and turn into refugees long before WW2.

But the English did that to the whole world, so no surprises there...

This gave them access to the sea ports for commercial trade as long as they support Israel.

Here we are today, not much has changed...
I’m going to give it a good dig and get back to you.
 This stuff is interesting too...

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Port_of_Haifa

In 2018, the port processed nearly 30 million tons of cargo including 1.46 million TEUs, as well as 240,000 passengers.

Israel is klling more children in months than Hitler did in 5 years.
I wonder who is getting all the organs and profits on the blackmarket?

But lets not forget about all the Oil in Palestine.
Oh but thats a classic Anglosphere pretext for invading people :)
Alright so after a couple of days of reviewing this is what I came up with: since 2014 the Israeli government has killed thousands of people. And the Palestinians have killed at most a couple hundred.

This does seem to be extremely excessive and going beyond what is necessary to protect themselves.
