“Spam email” follows the rules of the following protocols:
SMTP, POP, or IMAP
You accept it as a valid “receive” email because it follows the protocol rules, but it’s still “spam.”
Ok great so you are accepting that your definition of spam is completely subjective.
If you don't like it, it's spam.
If you like it, it's valid.
One man’s spam is another man’s treasure?

Yes exactly. The whole point of Bitcoin is I can't stop you and you can't stop me.
The point I’m making is miners CAN stop you. They are just choosing not to.
Like is clearly showing what miners are capable of.
Perhaps that is his point?
Most email providers remove 95% of your email before it even reaches your account, because it is obvious spam.
That's a subjective, centralized filter.
Do you want your money to go through the same filter?
Never said I did, just pointing out a flaw in his argument.
