 The main difference I'm aware of is markdown support. Long form notes are specifically *expected* to be markdown, so any client claiming to support them must have support for markdown.

 I don't know, but it sure seems like the sort of thing they'd support. If they don't, I'd expect it to be planned. 

 Long form content is supported by npub.pro, you can choose to include "Long-form posts" on your site - that's it.
