Lithuania's Vinted, a second-hand fashion marketplace, has secured a new valuation of €5 billion (approximately $5.4 billion) after closing a secondary share sale worth €340 million ($367 million). The transaction was led by private equity giant TPG, with other investors including Baillie Gifford and Hedosophia.
