"norm" means that clients connect to all of a user's relays looking for content. "outbox" means clients connect to the relays of people that you're following to look for their content.

Seems like the norm is very data hungry or at least causes a lot of extra network requests? 

 I am working on that, but from a relayer point’s of view. I wanna run my own relayer and let it fetch all relevant content for me into my hardware
