On 24 February 2022 #Russia fired a barrage of rockets at various military objects in #Ukraine. One of them was a Soviet-built military headquarters of Ukraine air defense forces in Kharkiv, which indicates they were hitting a list of targets they preserved from Soviet times. The HQ seems to be of rather historic value and doesn't seem to be actively used. Many military assets in Ukraine were moved on the eve of the war, obviously you can't move an underground bunker.
