@bb644797 two 15 year old girls stole their moms car and hit a runner in our town last year.  He died and the white town supported this campaign to find his killer.  

The girls are from a nearby city and we're overheard bragging about stealing the car and hitting this runner and thought it was funny!  They had no idea someone would die if you hit then with your car.  They think life is like a video game.  These kids are totally uninformed!
