When we did a Mutiny update recently, the app review team had extra questions for us about digital currencies. That required extra back and forth during review. Maybe they’re dealing with that? 

 In this instance they didn’t just block an update though. They pulled the app from the App Store. I hope Blockstream provides updates on this tomorrow.
