@f3257070 Many years ago (before cell phone cameras), I went as "The Papercut Fairy" and I've never seen anyone else do it. Super easy, cheap costume, just find a white tank dress and buy a stack of white felt sheets and some red fabric paint. Tack stitch the felt sheets onto the dress, paint some of the edges red, and you can make whatever accessories you want (wings, wand, tiara, etc) out of plain office paper with red paint spatter. Finish with a red makeup look. Done!
