How to message in Nostr in real-time and responsive?
My wife is going to China next few weeks. No messaging apps work except WeChat.
I tried DM using Damus and Plebstr, but the notifications are not really responsive and real-time. Is there any solutions?

Wechat is still the most practical solution. For Nostr to work there properly, you need roaming or vpn.
As it requires user’s verification to register, not really easy to set up
