 Other devs told me that I had to upload via NIP-96 for deleting. I didn’t use NIP-96 (uploaded my profile icon on nostr.build) at that time.

 What error are you getting? Are you an exclusive uploaded of the media? Do you have Nostr Extension installed and enabled? Is it configured with your uploader credentials? Did you upload media via client that authenticates you?
