This man is a treasure to bitcoin and should have his own conference. He's a builder factory, facilitating future innovators. There has to be a way we can flip the script from pumping shitcoins, paid services and shallow talking heads to actually educating and enabling new users and use cases thereby seeding innovation and broadening our base. Ben has been rather quietly but substantially helping bitcoin and lightning via his many lightning enablement projects, including the amazing/powerful LNbits, and had a hand in the creation of nostr as well. I would love to support, volunteer and attend a conference where current builders, including the many who've been motivated, spawned and supported by Ben could meet, collaborate, share and pay forward his investment to future generations.

Well said. The Nashville expo hall had a lot of distractions, but when I walked up to Ben's booth I remembered what bitcoin was really about.
I have heard that the Atlanta conference called TabConf is much more technically focused. I haven't attended yet.
As Bitcoin continues into mainstream adoption I imagine the popular conferences will become more like theme parks and the technical discussions will happen elsewhere.
Perhaps an event organized by open sats would be a good way to get the right people together, raise awareness, and funding.
