Carne asada.... turn the heat up and flip every 2 min till you hit your desired temperature
 Sounds like a plan! BRB
Hot, and sear quickly (eat rare). I use worchestershire, garlic/pepper/salt. Let rest and when ready to slice, cut at an angle across the grain.
 Worcestershire afterwards ?
 No, before.
 HIGH HEAT! SEAR IT!
 2-3 minutes side ?
 That's a good overall gauge.

Just keep a close eye on the cooking process -- prod and poke the steak to feel the transformation unfold as it cooks. This tactic helps develop an intuition when simply observing the meat (in my experience anyway).

Smell is also a fantastic indicator of when it's cooked to perfection!
High flame and check every 2 minutes, flip as needed.

Looks like you got the seasoning down 🔥🫡
 Yeah just salt and pepper
High heat for 10 min a side, make sure inside is well done & dry
10 min side ? 👀 that thing gonna burn 😂
That’s the point it beens to be black one the outside
 Pineapple marinade
But honestly id just thinky slice it and make a stir fry
Half an onion, lime juice, salt and pepper, 1/4 t cumin - blend and pour over steak. Let sit for a bit, grill over high heat, 4 min per side or so. Cut in thin slices across the grain.
 Man that’s too many ingredients😂
 It’s quick, try it! 😆
Thank you. I saved for the next time 🫡
This too can be yours. I put the marinade on the night before grilling and it was even better.

 Wow! That’s looks tasty !
I couldn’t stop thinking I should make some after replying to your post. Glad I did!
I just cook it like any other steak. Always comes out great. Just be careful not to over cook obviously:)
Rub it with Thai red curry paste OR marinate in a mix of ketchup, red wine vinegar, garlic, and olive oil (save and boil the marinade)
The latter one is also very good smoked!
