Oh hi thx. Gosh sounds awful 😂 and our bodies are built for an #omnivorous diet? I mean, take the wolf, whose digestive system is so well adapted to being a #carnivore that its faeces are mostly hair from its prey - the rest is digested, except for the bones (which it doesn't eat). Besides, what would happen to the world if everyone decided to eat only steak and eggs? Another thing about super-predators is that they are usually among the first to go when there is a problem in the trophic chain. I honestly don't understand this hype, but here I guess that's an unpopular opinion lol
A serious definition would be a low carb diet with most protein from meat. This would include lots of greens and a small amount of high fiber fruit. In imagination, it is a traveling hero on an adventure, hunting game in the forest and fishing in streams and rivers on the way, and gathering berries and familiar greens to eat as well. No time to plant high carb crops like wheat/corn and wait for a harvest.
