Whilst I'm a huge animal protein advocate it's good to also not get too blinded by the fact that there are harmful things including carcinogenic compounds in your steak. Alot of studies and click bait people on both sides get led into are the fact that these studies show mechanistic things that actually don't equate to outcomes. You can make the bad case in most foods if you suit the papers to your narrative in this regard. The dosage makes the poison. I really struggle that anti plant food people make such wild claims about miniscule dosages of compounds but then totally ignore them when harmful things that are in their steak.
