 No morning workouts for me, but I do a stretching session and take walks during the day to clear my mind. Interestingly, I love being in the gym late in the evenings or even at night 😋 But yeah, all in all, physical movement is important - 'healthy mind in a healthy body' 😊 Happy Wednesday!
