Ya I feel you but traditional culture is like granular and decentralized and spontaneously created through beneficial incentives. 

The nation state actually doesn't like it ....
think about it China doesn't like its true traditional culture thus the cultural revolution. 
American wipe out its indigenous ppl who had real cultural heritage. 

The founding fathers plastered over the truth with a thin layer so fragile that its now collapsed BC we don't all listen to the same radio station or read the same new paper anymore.
 Idk that's why I think from my perspective. The founding fathers literally just came over here and wanted to pump the land value has high as possible by any means "pumping bags"

Ppl be like " if xyz happens , im staying In America I love my land" but that's not the American truth the entire American vibe is " shit hit the fan in the home land so I came to the USA" the real American culture is those secret slave magazines trying to find the slaves smart and brave enough to quitely even attempt at freedom. 

Chinese culture- real Chinese culture isn't in the land of China only its anywhere the ppl go and create community like in the Philippines like Thailand like in your local China town . same thing for, Indian, Jewish, and so on...

culture can pick up and go.  ZION is anywhere your people choose to create a better life. But like imaigne you try to create an "America town" in the middle of Spain for example.... It would just be a military base it wouldn't have that naturally occurring vibe that I'm explaining....
