 WoT relays and a paid relay or two. nostr.wine is a solid paid relay choice.

I've heard it before. 
Honestly, its infuriating the nostr gurus speak in riddles. It should be easy, but I know, we're early. Its a constant frustration of mine where I want to interact but not get in so deep.
