Ugh. 🤦‍♂️ That’s so painful. Any chance of her finding the paper she wrote it down on?  Or was it a custodial wallet on a phone she traded in? Or a HWW that also was misplaced? I imagine you’ve already been troubleshooting all possible recover options.
