And we already had a swap because I didn't realize until too late that we were out of charcoal for the smoker, so we mixed things up to Sunday Pot Roast instead of Monday Pot Roast.

That said, I made a beef wellington once for Christmas, and likely will never again after mincing 2lbs of mushrooms by hand with a knife :p
