Already done the problem is schools, grandparent, and events are loaded with them nostr.fmt.wiz.biz 

 Grandparents are the only ones that I worry about. 

Events... That's a concern, but, not too much since I think that occasional exposure isn't a big deal, IMO, if they eat good food and drink clean water at home.
