 Yes. They do need to step away from my energy - you’re exactly right! I’m actually British with mixed Anglo/Arabic heritage but this was not even relevant - they were just Romanian neighbours and we were guests. I just don’t understand why my sister/husband felt the need to interject or put me down publicly during a conversation that actually didn’t involve them at all just because they heard the word “Bitcoin”. Just plain rude and I called them out on it which they did not like and didn’t go down well…

 also, i get you now... you are british, in the UK, these are romanians, yes i understand that in some parts of the UK they are the most common east europeans found resident in the UK, i understand they are quite hard working too, i got a lift with some from Timisoara to Deva many years ago, they paid for a meal at a restaurant on the way where you could smoke at the table and all...

but you will find that not just romanians but all balkans people but especially former yugoslavian (not so much slovenian and macedonian and bulgarian) are prone to being very "yes but" in conversations, i found this with a montenegrin girl i was friends with back in 2017, always disagreeing with everything

fun fact, the word "serb" in bulgarian literally means "itchy" and they definitely are irritable people

but they make the best bbq... the bosnians produce the best food but the serbs cook the best BBQ

 🙂 yeah the Balkan cuisine has some great meats, sausages and stews - very wholesome. My friend is married to a Bulgarian too (both now based in Cyprus) and when I visit them she makes some truly tasty meals! The Romanian guest I was talking to about Bitcoin was actually interested - just my relatives decided to rudely interject and tell me to shut up 🤷🏻‍♂️

 yeah, like i said, either your sister is a bitch or her man is a piece of shit motherfucker, either way don't let it get you mad just downgrade the importance of doing business with them if they are rude like this
