Short analysis following the assassination attempt and democrats now turning against their own candidate(s):

I suspect that the combination of Trump now becoming de facto canonized and Biden's insistence on remaining in the race, although it's obvious to everyone that he is a powermad vegetable, creates a power vacuum within the American left that grows by the minute.

One of the consequences is that the higher eschelons of the deep state watch the profitability of their main vehicle - the government - dwindle at a fast pace.

When these powerhungry people lose big money, they will in the end begin pointing fingers at each other.

Many predict social unrest, but because that only will increase their losses and due to the reasons described above, I think it's more likely that the really serious conflicts first arise within the deep state itself.

Therefore, I won't at all be surprised if players high up in that system start issuing contracts on each other.

My logics here is that they seem to think like criminals, and therefore they will also act accordingly.

If they clean up their own system, things might calm down for the rest of us, meaning that we can avoid civil unrest.

But I do also think they might try to create another major reshuffling of wealth away from the middle and lower upper class and into the pockets of the one-percenters, just to keep the top grifters temporarily happy.

Exploiting a medium-sized crash in the financial and subsequent rescue operations from the Fed seem like a good option for them.

In this way, they can be able to postpone what increasingly looks like an inevitable civil war within their own class.

As we say in Norway:

When the through is empty, the cows start biting each other.

Let's keep an eye on how this shitshow unfolds.

In the meantime, everyone who hasn't yet looked at #Bitcoin    is probably well advised to reconsider their views on this rebellious asset.
between the option "social unrest" and waiting for an open conflict within the deep state, there is left an impressively large intermediate space, right?

Yes, you can of course have both or nothing, but I do thinka a violent internal conflict within the deep state itself reduces the likeliness of open conflicts in the rest of society.
We're watching the dissolution of the political left. There is no substance there anymore.
Yes, might be, and that should reduce tensions in society
