Eye mask. Both a big physical spect of blocking light but also psychological push and having that specific sleep habit you do every time.
Definitely avoiding screens. Put your phone into do not disturb early at night like 8pm. Try reading or journaling before bed instead. I think best you can do is create good night habits and you'll have less of those nights. What I have experinced first hand. I sleep much better now
#weedstr :) Generally if I really can't sleep I'll just rather try to make good use of that time rather than just lay in bed. Meditating. Sometimes writing. Bit of yoga/stretching. If it's really bad I might fire up my laptop and/or phone and get on #nostr, or podcasts, or whatever interests me at that point in time
