Oddbean new post about login | logout I guess it's just an advertisement for graphene to turn these off too... It's worked on amber alerts for me in the past
I had them disabled for stock Sndroid and it stopped all the alerts but todays test alert was able to arbitrarily disregard my settings

I'm sure it's something dumb like this wasn't a real alert, it was a test, and you can't opt out of tests 😂
