I once thought so too, but by now I see voting as implicit legitimization of the system and the odds of changing it from within are too low to even try. Politics change almost nothing to the better, but people willing to take action and build the future they want to see inspire others to join forces instead of pointlessly arguing.
I understand your point, but at the end of the day in democracy you can become yourself responsible and hold political office, be elected. Have you tried this?
nope, I have no interest to invest time in a system which I think we should overcome – hence I rather spend that time working on what fosters decentralized structures and personal sovereignity.
