The upcoming version of whynotstr (0.0.0-prealpha1) will have some cool things:
* a new (maybe nicer?) editor
* MULTIFUCKINGCURSORS! (you can see your invited (and maybe uninvited) editors collaborating in real time, where they are in the document
* deltas, meaning that multiple people can be typing at once without bothering each other
* a LOT less data usage (again, because of deltas)
I know this looks like a toy, and it is, but it has some powerful dynamics, some of which I hinted at in https://highlighter.com/f7z.io/Collaborative-Document-jn40o0

This is reminds me of the early days of Hackpad later acquired and became Dropbox Paper, I used to beta test while casually sitting next to the cofounder. Was super useful and feature rich until big tech destroyed the most innovative aprts.
What were the most innovative parts?
Flexibility and customization possibilities. Really neat to be able to co-edit in real time with people on the same doc. I think nostr will bring back greatness again to collaborative text editing apps like hackpad was.
Here are some old videos before it got swallowed up by dropbox.... well no matter, one of the cofounders ended up creating Github copilot, haha.

After "reminds me of hackbad and wave" ... This reminds me of etherpad https://etherpad.org/ which has integrated chat and doesn't require login.
my favourite nostr project rn
