 Anybody else see how Twitter has added reddit / nostr style groups? I’m not sure how to create them, i think this one was a list that somehow got converted. I don’t mind being in it, but i don’t remember joining. I got added to a list and now it’s a group with moderators and rules for the group.

 They were added a few years ago. I remember being in several Bitcoin ones, but never used them to be honest.

 Maybe they’re highlighting them again. Twitter had tons of features which never took off because nobody knew they existed.

 I’m curious why it didn’t take off or change the dynamics of Twitter. At least as far as I could tell. I apparently have been in a community for a while and didn’t know it.

 Sometimes content from them get posted in feeds and when you click on the posts, it will ask you to join to see it. 

You have to be a blue check to start one. Once you go into Communities, right next to the search icon, there is an icon with a + on it and that will launch the creation screen.
