10 rules for men: 1. never break your word and never break an oath, vow, or covenant; 2. protect those behind you and be loyal to those at your side; 3. Never beg for attention or recognition. Speak little, listen a lot; 4. never outsource the defense of your home, and never give up the tools to do so; 5. pray every day, bless your family, teach your children sound doctrine, be disgusted by sin; 6. take a cold shower; 7. dress well regardless of the occasion; 8. never take credit for work you didn't do, and don't covet what belongs to others; 9. eat meat, drink 4L of water a day, cut out sugars, ultra-processed foods and phytoestrogens; 10. never consume pornography. #nostr
