 This could be a happy story, a sad story, it a non event depending on what specifically pilled the merchant.

If it is about privacy and freedom and there was an encouragement to study before buying, this was a happy moment.

If it's about retirement and inflation free savings, it could be a non event, or of the long term thinking isn't there yet, it would be a sad story.
