They will use CBDCs or similar tool for us poor downtrodden peasants 'for our protection.'

They are going to run off-books accounting to do laundering. Maybe even utilize things like Bitcoin + privacy tools which would be painfully ironic.

In other words, it's just another layer of 'rules for thee' and they will continue to use traditional laundering tools like war or foreign aid, shell organizations and other tricks.

They don't even need to hide their activity very deep. Media is in their pocket, and most are asleep. As long as it isn't blatant they can continue their grift. 

 I suppose that really is the simplest explanation.

It's a bit frustrating, though.
