 Weird… I still have Damus relay.  By removing Primal relay, I removed my own “reply guy” problem 

 Removing Damus got rid of the bot for me too 

 Maybe it depends on where your notes originate from?

I primarily use Damus, so perhaps the client sends to that relay first?

No idea honestly.  I’m still using Damus client and relay, and spam is gone (for now)

 I had to remove 3 relays to get rid of it. I suspect it'll be back... relay owners need to do something - idk what, but something 

 Maybe one could be thankful to the ReplyGuys. Expended some money, time, and energy into shifting the focus to basic internet problems that were not being given the attention they deserved in the #nostr ecosystem. On amethyst, you'll see a small spam icon and number next to the relay on the list. I'm not sure if it's because I reporter so many of them as spam, or is it crowdsourced..
