Because it sounds almost as is he were endorsing a dictator, which I know he isn't, but as a Venezuelan this is extremely offensive. Sounds like "Hey nacro trafficing dictator, I know nobody likes you and you have been banned from multiple platforms for violating democracy and announcing publically that you are going to make 2 giant concentration camps for those opposing you but here's a platform for you and your friends to express yourself!! 👍👍👍" He could have tried to engage with the Venezuelans being oppressed, but nope, he went to use the dictator as an engagement vehicle, so yeah, retarded take.
